William Cady has been licensed as a Texas real estate broker since 2006, and has previously held real estate licenses in Florida & Tennessee. He enjoys helping his agents realize their full potential and loves working with residential buyers, sellers, in addition to working with real estate investors.
Mr. Cady sits on the board of directors of Girls Inc of Tarrant County and is also a member of Arlington Southwest Kiwanis. Additionally, he also holds a Bachelors in Management from Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee. During the 1980's he spent 5 1/2 years in the military and then 4 1/2 years in the National Guard. In his spare time he likes to travel, and as time permits, play a round of golf.

A 25 year veteran of the real estate industry, Randy White is from a real estate family and has been involved for as long as he can remember. "It runs in the blood," he likes to say, and from the looks of it -- it does. His experience ranges from residential and commercial sales to property management and leasing, investment, vacation homes, and home rehabilitation. He currently provides maintenance oversight for some 150 properties under the property management division of his family's business, White and Associates Real Estate Services. In addition, he operates a full service remodeling company catering to the needs of investors and new owners.
