Northern Regional Advisory Council
The MetroTex Association of REALTORS, Inc. has created five regional advisory councils (RAC’s) in each of its five service center areas to provide the Association and its membership with insight into the state of the market in that region. The RAC’s will also serve as ambassadors for MetroTex to members and potential members of the organization. Please use the RAC’s as a resource to funnel information back to the Association about how we can better serve you.
An Accomplished Leader, Owner/Consulting Broker and Business Consultant, Renetta is active and continues to be active in her community as well as, the surrounding communities. Renetta has been in Real Estate for over 11 years and continuously build on making it the best that it can be. She offers her Education, Skills and Talents as she serves on the various boards, making an astounding impact on the life of others. She has a real passion for those who welcome her assistance as a graduate of the Institute of Real Estate (GRI). Renetta has an MBA in Business Administration, with emphasis on Finance. Her minor focuses on Training and Development. Her lists of experiences are not limited to Collin Central Appraisal Review Board, Early Voting Ballot Board, National Black MBA Association, Metrotex- Professional Standards Committee and now North TX Regional Advisory Council. Renetta’s considers her greatest assets in Real Estate to be when she works with Referrals. This is how her business was started and how she continues to strive for excellence. She has numerous designations ranging from: GRI, TAHS, Certified BPO- SS Specialist and Certified REO- SS. Working with Individuals, Investors and other Business Professionals, Renetta expects nothing less than Excellence in Working with her clients. She states “When I Shop for you, it’s like I’m shopping for myself. I would not treat my clients any less than I would treat myself that is the Best”.
Malinda Brownlee Howell is proud to be the Office Manager for the new 190 @ Jupiter Office of Ebby Halliday REALTORS. Malinda has a vast knowledge of the Dallas metroplex. She has completed the Leadership Garland program affiliated with the Garland Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Richardson program affiliated with the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, Citizens Police Academy with the Garland Police Department, former Board of Directors of The New Beginning Center, and the Alumni Association of Texas Tech University. Malinda has been a licensed agent since 1997, recognized in Ebby Halliday Realtors company Honor Roll as a sales associate, and completed her ABR designation. Malinda and her husband Keith Howell live in Firewheel area and are very excited about the growth of our community.
Pam Nelms lives by the old adage “Never Give Up” in her professional career. This belief has led her to first become a multi-million-dollar producer with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage – Dallas/Fort Worth in 1999. Now as Branch Manager, she shares this professional drive for sales associates in the Coldwell Banker - North Central Metro Office in Richardson, Texas. . She builds powerful agents through coaching, skill development programs and superior support systems.
She adds “The education and valuable friends and colleagues I have met - mean the world to me through my many years with MetroTex”.
Managing broker of REMAX Premier located in North Dallas, Bill Sabino has dedicated much time to both community involvement and bettering the industry through hard work and dedication to those in the industry around him. Bill has been on numerous committees and boards over his 21 years in the residential real estate business. He has been the chairman of the MetroTex Leadership Committee and is currently on the CRS BOD. He has 6 professional designations
Veronica specializes in residential real estate for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex concentrating mostly in North Dallas and Collin County areas.
Veronica is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Management from Dallas Baptist University. Her current designations and certifications include: Broker/REALTOR®, PowerAgent®, AHWD, MAPS, SFR, and TAHS. She also serves as a volunteer member on the following MetroTex Association of REALTORS® committees: Community Outreach, Forms and Contracts, Government Affairs, Professional Development, REALTORS in Action, and Young Professionals Network.
